OUR MINISTRIES
Christian Faith Ministries has been operating as a pillar in the community for 30 years. Our founding leader, Bishop Donald Kivett, was on a mission to introduce the world to Jesus Christ and has led thousands to the Lord for repentance, healing, and deliverance. With more than thirty pastors and ministers under his leadership, Bishop Kivett answered the call to go into the hedges, the highways and the byways to compel both men and women to come. From running two homeless shelters in the past, running a food pantry and a soup kitchen now, Bishop Kivett and Christian Faith Ministries seek only to fulfill the great commission and to change the world, one heart at a time.
Intercessory Prayer
"For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;" (Romans 1:9)
Christian Faith Ministries believes in the power of prayer. Pastor Mary Graham a long with others in the congregation fulfill the command to pray without ceasing as they inform us weekly and intercede daily, for the deliverance, healing and redemption of so many. The intercessory team meets every Sunday morning at 9:00 am and set the atmosphere for the powerful deliverance services.
Food Ministry
Christian Faith feeds on average 300-400 families a week. Under the guiding hands of Yolanda Brown and Mando Rodriguez, the food ministry team works hard to feed families and manage donations each week. It takes a lot of help to handle such a task and we are thankful to all who assist.
Women's Ministry
The women's ministry is filled with women striving to be like the proverbs 31 woman, who learn to lean and depend on God for her needs while using wisdom to produce, create, save, and utilize, everything at her finger tip. They are business women, intercessors, worshipers, and submitted to the Spirit of God and His leading.
Women's meetings, luncheons, and shut in's the women's ministry work to teach our youth to make godly choices and not just good ones. They are blessed!
Youth
"But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 19:14)
The Youth Ministry at Christian Faith flourishes daily under the leadership of Minister Monica Bouldin and Minister Sasha Goldston. Teaching them the accountability of their own ministries, the youth learn from an early age to appreciate and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Flag Ministries
Only the bravest warriors enter into a battle from the front line and these little ones understand their mission. With the assistance of Evangelist Tina Petty, our front line warrior dancers, dance just like David did, where the world can see and unashamedly for the Glory of their God. From ages 3-18, the front line warriors flag, dance, mime and sing their way into the enemies camp, taking back the hearts of those who feel like God can't use them. If God can use these babies, He can use anyone. This ministry is broken down into 3 groups based on their experience level- "The Little Warriors", "Tiny Warriors" and "The Front Line Warriors."
Youth Praise Dance
Divine Favor is our Youth Praisers. These young people allow God to use them as they dance for His glory. They travel to other churches and minister as well as minister at Christian Faith Ministries. They are under the leadership of Kaitlyn Newell. Anyone who is interested in joining can speak to Miss Newell.
Praise and Worship
Worship and Praise fill the house every Sunday morning at 10:45 am under the careful leadership of Evangelist Tina Petty. Come hear songs of Worship from both the adult choir and the children's choir. Evangelist Petty and the members of Christian Faith help to teach the word of God through Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.
